Cancellation/Rebooking Policy

It's crucial to understand the impact of last minute cancellations on myself and my clientele. Missing a scheduled appointment or not cancelling in a timely manner means I lose the the opportunity to fill that slot, and other clients who could have booked that time miss out on services. To maintain respect for our our shared time, I have adapted the following policies:

  1. Appointments can be cancelled or altered at no charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed appointment start time.

  2. Late cancellations, with less than 24 hour’s notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

  3. Failure to cancel or attend a confirmed appointment will result in a charge equivalent to the full price (100%) of scheduled service(s).

  4. Appointments made within 24 hours, or on the same day, are subject to the cancellation policy.

  5. Being late (15 minute grace period) to an appointment may result in forfeited services, depending on time constraints. Any forfeited services will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100% of the service total.

  6. Appointments must be cancelled by using our scheduling app, or by phone by calling the salon directly or by leaving a voicemail if it is outside our operating hours.

  7. Clients who book multiple services but choose to opt out of certain ones may still be responsible for payment for all originally booked services. If you have questions about the services, or duration of services, please call before scheduling.
